We all know Taps could be the last one seen drinking with Zuleika,but we all know Taps knows his story especially when it comes to talking to people, he is good with his words, the CCTV could reveal that Taps might have left the bar after those drinks they had with Zuleika. Rememer if he stayed until he saw moghel couldn't take it,he could have driven her home or accompanied her or something.
